This small hotel offers a wide array of beautifully decorated rooms. The staff are superfriendly and best, overall. It boasts marvellous location close enough to the whole yucatan peninsula, and the sea front.

Incredible hotel with mind-blowing cleanliness, super comfortable big bed, and a stunning swimming pool. The best bartender in Yucatan Peninsula, Jesus, made our stay jaw-droppingly AMAZING, serving us a welcome drink. The breakfast exceeded expectations with scrambled eggs, beans, rice, bread, and more. The staff was friendly and helpful. Looking forward to our next stay!

The owners were crazy helpful and insanely welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel, being brand new, had rooms and bathrooms that were mind-blowingly nice and clean. The location was super convenient, just a short walk from the harbour and centre. Our room was huge with a well-functioning AC, and we loved having access to a common refrigerator. Although we had a little mishap with the freezer door, everything else about this hotel was absolutely amazing. The bed was ridiculously comfortable, the swimming pool was jaw-droppingly nice, and Jesus, the bartender, was hands down the friendliest and most helpful guy in the whole Yucatan Peninsula. Plus, they even greeted us with a welcome drink! The included breakfast was surprisingly good, with scrambled eggs, beans, rice. our quick stay at this hotel left us thoroughly satisfied and excited for our next visit to the area. 11/10 points!

The hotel owners were very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and nicely decorated. The location was convenient, within walking distance of the harbor and center.

The hotel was located in a residential area, so it was noisy at night. The room faced the main street, which led to loud traffic starting early in the morning.

stayed in rio lagartos before but casa ka'an rio blew us away. friendly hosts, clean rooms, and an amazing tour with the manager's dad who's a local fisherman. highly recommended!
